Prayer & News Updates

Companions for Hope has a Facebook page on which team members post updates and events—check it out if you are interested!

Timothy and Tammy send regular updates via email in the form of a PrayerFlash! You can subscribe here. They also have a dedicated Facebook page where prayer requests are updated more frequently.
